This is both the best and worst shaver I have ever owned. Because of my extremely sensitive skin and ingrown hairs, I only use electric razors and it's hard to find a good one. That is amazing. It's powerful and gives a close shave - the best I've ever had from an electric shaver. The trimmer works great too. It does a great job with all your shaving needs. This razor will only work well for a month or two. It is slowly starting to lose power and no amount of loading can fix it. (And a slow electric razor not only won't cut hair, it's also dangerous: Slow blade movements result in cuts and skin irritations.) This isn't the result of overuse or because I hate shaving and avoid it whenever possible. .My experience is not limited to one razor, two, three or four. I've lost count of the number of times I've replaced this razor. I always thought I'd get a good one this time. I was always hoping because I really wanted one that would last. In the end I had to give up. If you decide to buy this shaver, be prepared to end up disappointed.
