At first, don't pay attention to the sizes given. Look at the measurements in the size chart (waist, etc.) and use them. Waist 35-37 inches should not be listed as XXXL but it is. I'm 32 but I ordered XXXL just in case. It has an elasticated waist so it works perfectly and drapes nicely. The material isn't super thin and doesn't look "cheap". Looks great and is really comfortable. Can't tell for sure from the image shown, but the front center height is adjustable so you can raise or lower the front to fit you, from below the knee to "holy cow I can see everything" . . . It fits my steampunk style perfectly. Pay attention to the sizes and you will be a happy person. Enjoy!
