Well, my set didn't have non-slip pads and I had to figure out how to assemble it. The screws just kept turning and turning. I used wooden dowels and added glue to them for extra support as I didn't trust screws. This is a cute little bench that allows a 5ft 1in tall person to easily reach the kitchen third shelf.
