Very useful for power accessories
This did exactly what it says on the tin, easy to use and easy to store in the pouch provided. I found that when traveling in Italy the European main body had to have an additional 2 pin part because the pinholes are a bit closer together there - and this actually came in handy when I needed to hook up my CPAP machine to the bed. Side plug with switch (available in all places I've stayed). The extra part also worked well with my European hair dryer.
