Incredibly difficult to clean
Pros: Nice design, keeps hot liquids hot and cold liquids cold most of the day, tea bag hanger is a nice plus, reliable opening and closing mechanism. : The problem with all these bells and whistles is the ridiculously difficult disassembly and reassembly required for a full clean. Fluid hits every hard-to-reach lever and seal. Spend 15 minutes every day cleaning it or you'll get sick (unless you're just using it for water). Very disappointed. I immediately fell in love with this thermos and ended up hating it.
