Worked well for about 4 months. One day when I turned on my laptop, the light suddenly went out. I found that there was an internal short somewhere in the box that tripped the switch. I stopped charging the laptop so now I'm stuck charging my computer with a spare charger from another laptop. The part that connected to the laptop was also too short and I should have pressed hard on it to ensure my laptop would charge or the power cord would fall out. Do yourself a favor and buy an OEM product. Despite their problems, they are much better than this thing.
