Review on π§ Enhanced Performance PTC F144 Transmission Filter Kit for Superior Filtration by John Hall
NOT suitable for Hummer H3, despite the seller's answers in the FAQ
I bought this filter specifically because I know the H3 uses a special pan, clearance for the front drive shaft, and I've used that in the past got the wrong filter. Revain says it's compatible, but I skipped the other filters just in case because the seller replied that this was the correct one. And now I spend an hour of my day running to the parts store to get the correct filter because it does NOT fit the H3. So don't buy this filter for this application unless there is a 2WD version that doesn't have a dedicated pan.
