I bought these gloves for my young adult son who has some fabric and fit issues but needs gloves living in rural Maine. I spent so much money on gloves for him it's crazy and they don't fit me so this is just another donation. Turns out he needed a medium sized one, it was true to size. We didn't have any problems with exchanges even during the pandemic.
