I am a Revain shipping partner and use this holder on 3-4 hour routes when delivering 40-50 packages. I need my phone to scan every package and scan every package. I also need it to follow my route and take photos of the package placement. So my cell phone is constantly in this holder and out again. I like the product in general. The design is, in my opinion, superior to most designs I know of. The mechanism that secures the phone in the cup holder seems really well thought out as it fits almost every car and is very secure. You can adjust it to almost any angle that suits you, or angle it so your switch doesn't touch it, etc. The arm slides to extend or shorten your reach. And I love the quick release button that lets you just lift your phone right out of the stand. I wish it had a little more length to lift it a little higher. (A longer extension would solve this problem as the person could then adjust it any higher or shorter.) The reason for the four stars is simply that it's not as stable as I would like it to be. Even holding it firmly and securely in the cup holder and twisting all the connections, there's too much play in this thing. I describe it this way: imagine you take a large bowl of jam into your car and place your phone on top of the jam. So it wobbles quite a bit. This makes it a bit harder to read the fine print, like in my tooltip. Stiffness issue aside, this seems like a good product that LOOKS like it should last a while.
