Just a little big, but they fit. Order normal size. No stretch marks for several days. As a gymnast I prefer shoes with a stable foot and they work. It would be ideal for coaching. I can feel where my feet are, feel the ground and still have leg protection. I only wear them around the house, they are lighter than sneakers and safer than flip flops. It didn't sit much in the wash, it was enough for the last break-in. Holds up great. I love these shoes!
