Do not buy a carpet from this company. The manufacturer does not know how to roll up the carpet properly. They started rolling the carpet, obviously hit some spots where the carpet was a little wobbly and just kept rolling it. It arrived with so many deep creases that despite a lot of weight being put on those areas, it will never be smooth. The company obviously doesn't care if you get a rug that lays well. They just want you to order it and because it's so huge they assume you won't bother with returns. Revain should leave this company as it also reflects badly on her. I can't believe they thought it was ok to ship. Even before I unpacked it, I knew that the carpet had deep dents in several places. Save yourself the headache and choose a company that cares enough to properly roll your rug for shipping.
