Great charger for those who live in apartments with garages

My apartments have a garage which allows me to plug them in and charge my car. The problem is they have an exit from the garage to the same exit as the main bathroom which has 15a GFCi in the circuit. Using any other 16A charger means the GFCI will be disabled and I won't be able to charge. This lets you choose how many amps you draw, how fast you want the car to charge, and how long you want to wait to charge, all with just a small RFID chip you can attach to your keychain. I charge at 8a (I've only seen 7.2a) and it works great. My GFCi wasn't working and the car is charging fine at 8am. Also, my battery is not always at 100%.
