My 9 year old puppy is a spoiled child. Normally she is a very good dog, but when she sees the postman, UPS or FedEx she loses all control. I was impressed with this collar because not only can it be controlled with the included remote, but there is also an educational app that allows you to control it from your watch or phone. It's easy to use and understand. My puppy immediately changes posture when I remove this collar. I had to use the shock option when she traded, but once she felt it she retreated and was much easier to heal. I hate doing this, but it's really the only thing that has worked for us. I was afraid to take her for a walk because she is very reactive to other animals. But she won't care about that.
