AFTER THE FIRST USE, THE CUSHION WAS LIFTED
10/26/2021. I bought it yesterday. I wanted to try it out for the first time. After washing, I found that the "thin" pad was not bonded well to the file body. The picture above shows this. I want to autoclave this file but I think the high temperature of the autoclave will cause the glue to melt and the metal gasket to bend. I gave it 1 star because it is short lived and expensive for only a few uses. Can I get a replacement?
