Color is good but this product is NOT as thick as I think a 'goose down alternative' should be. The filling became more than lumpy and uneven after the first wash and the plasters just had no filling. I wouldn't buy it again, San Diego is almost warm enough for me. Of course I'm a cold person, but the goose down alternative should be something more. I even had a few (similar) oil stains (a few small stains the size of my little fingernail) on my pillowcases and the stitching started ripping after the first week. feels soft and it works well enough. But I don't feel like it was worth the $40 I spent.
