I spilled the red crystal light and it cleared up great.
This is a nice thick board.The deformation was minimal until I remembered to saturate the back of the board and again it was perfectly flat. It fluctuates with humidity and temperature like any other board of this quality. The groove is deep enough to swallow large amounts of succulent food without having to keep a towel underneath. It takes knife stabs well and doesn't shed. It looks like you could grind it down a few times in its lifetime and it will be as reliable as new.
