I love this almond cake pan! Read some reviews and use cooking spray and then flour the pan before adding the batter. According to another reviewer, I didn't remove the cake from the pan until the pan was slightly warm, close to room temperature, and it came out easily without sticking. I took a knife and stuck it in each groove 1/2 to 1 inch before removing it from the mold. Placing an almond cake pan on a baking sheet makes removing it from the oven much easier. I have served the cake to friends and they have been impressed with the taste and presentation.
