That does not work. Malfunction.

Due to the small protrusion on the back, you must first drill a hole to install them. Many other people have commented on this. Not comfortable. Luckily I tested them before installing and found that one light doesn't blink or work with a brake light, it just stays on. I tested the other on both sides and it worked fine.
