I was unsure about this product after reading conflicting reviews. I decided to take a chance since I could return it. I used this after soaking my feet and it worked great! I didn't take any before and after photos but would love to. I have never used anything like this file, but this is the best file I have ever used on my feet. It was even better than those used in the salon. I recently broke my ankle and couldn't do it with the ped so I bought a foot spa and this file to do it myself. I have to say that the price I paid for both was the price of a pediatrician. Yes, it's nice when someone else does it for you, but after seeing the result, I'm in no hurry to run back to the salon. I definitely recommend this product!
