These really are the best knives I've ever used! They are very sharp and very comfortable to use. This is my first serious set of knives and I tell you it's worth every single one. Last. Dollar. The chef's knife is used more than any other. The only reason I deducted a star is because of the knife's role. The sharp, sharp knives cut through fabric with relative ease and the points dig into the roll within the first month of daily use. I cut myself twice with a meat knife when it rolled onto my side. Can absolutely recommend these knives and the whole set, but would recommend investing in a better knife roller.
