Can the company answer my calls or emails?

So the product was chosen because it was only recently used. I can say that it blends easily and lays down easily. It's like tinted water after you mix it in, making it a little hard to tell if you've covered the stain. Luckily, you can return to any location that doesn't start turning gray. It's easy to clean. Please note that you don't need to mix the entire pack unless you are sure you will need everything. While the mixed product lasts about a month; dry powder should last indefinitely. Very easy to clean after treatment. We sprayed it over large areas and used a picket painter's mitt. I put this on my patio = advice would be to buy the product and soak the ends of the boards in mortar before assembling the patio - a bit tricky to soak the ends after construction! I see it as a low maintenance but hopefully effective way to heal a new pressure treated deck and keep it in good condition. The protection is intended to last a "cover life". Not sure what "life" is, but hopefully over 20 years since my last deck was 40. I have kiln dried southern pine. In fact, I was amazed at how quickly the deck started going gray. I'm a little disappointed that there are black spots in some places on the deck - but if that's the only problem I'll be very happy. I hope the product lives up to the ad and I won't have to paint or otherwise treat the deck other than normal cleaning for many years to come. I am very disappointed that the manufacturer has not responded to my numerous calls. And I hope you see this review and contact me. I can't tell how long it will take and haven't received any responses to any questions, so the overall score is 3.
