Review on Purazo Ultrasonic Humidifier Whisper Quiet Aromatherapy by Dana Black

I just purchased and received this humidifier. I'll start by making it work. Low is low, high is great performance, the light works too. However, the packaging (by Revain) was a complete joke! You should absolutely be ashamed of yourself (see picture). Someone commented that the packaging was great Revain? I would like to see how yours was sent. Despite the manufacturer's good packaging, you know this item has been pushed around during transit and delivery. It works now, but I'm afraid that in a few weeks or months the components will be weakened or stop working. The time will show. I am extremely disappointed. Now to the manufacturer. The model number is not on the box (anywhere). I bought this device with the intention of using essential oils. Essential oils are not mentioned anywhere in the user manual. This is the area on top of the device where you probably put the oils, but it also doesn't mention it. (see photo). I don't know the model number of my device or the model number of the device I bought because something is wrong. Maybe I sent the wrong manual? I uploaded all of that. I bought some essential oils the same day I bought this. I hope I haven't wasted all that money! I wouldn't mind if someone using essential oils with this device posts a "detailed" video explaining how it works, as the company hasn't been able to do that. These mistakes are unforgivable and so easy to correct. Just a little more attention to packaging (both from the manufacturer and Revain) would have resulted in a more positive review. Sloppy, poor execution by both companies.
