I bought the "JBK Terra Cotta Bread Saver" because I bought it for brown sugar and it works great. I was amazed that the bread saver was just as effective. The whole loaf of bread stayed incredibly fresh until the whole loaf was eaten. Before I bought this bread I had to store it in the fridge or freezer to keep it fresh. I thought the bread would go moldy because the "saver" is wet when you put it in the bread bag. Not so! The bread was not wet at all. This small "saving" more than paid off after using just one loaf of bread.
