REVIEW WITH MODIFICATION: ok. Having owned this coat for a while my opinion has changed. The collar is still MUCH too dark and looks cheap - nothing like the light color in the picture. Regardless, I love that the coat is lined with fur to keep it warm and the sleeves are lined in silk to keep it from bunching. The fur collar opens and can be removed for a whole new look. You can also roll up the fur collar to create a dainty muff. It runs small - I'm 5ft 1in, 130# and the large size fits me very well. He still became a favorite item of clothing. I still wish the collar was the same color as the picture and I was a size XL. But overall I think you will love this coat.
