My task was to find a way to install a 65" Vizio M-Series (preferred brand) in a custom made enclosure made for an old Panasonic 23" HDTV. The Panasonic was replaced in 2010 by the Vizio 60" which was a perfect fit. This unit is very solid and has the articulation movement needed to hang TVs. My caveat is that it's heavy, requires more than the standard mounting screws included in the kit, and another person to hold it, I suggest adding a 3/4" to 1" backplate (see photo), to reduce the weight of the mount and the TV. The finished product turned out a lot better than I thought it would and includes a small LED-backlit body.
