The first set of rollers worked perfectly. The second movement is not very good. They're advertised as "quieter," and as far as I can tell, that's because they don't actually touch the surface of hard floors. They appear to be small enough in diameter to noticeably affect the cleaning result. They seem to tangle a lot less than the previous rolls I've bought, but they don't clean either. I don't have enough technical knowledge to take accurate measurements of the original reel versus this replacement reel, but I'll bet again that the sizing is slightly different. And this is where size seems to play a role.
