Very useful for any health care professional

I like that Patient Bond is able to look at the patient as a whole. It allows me to see all of the ways that I can help the patient, not just the medical issues. It is very user friendly and allows me to customize the content to the patients needs. It is also very easy to use and allows me to see the effectiveness of my marketing.
I have not found a thing that I do not like. I would recommend Patient Bond to other healthcare marketers. I have been able to see how I can improve my marketing efforts and reach a broader audience.

Pros

The ability To easily make changes without technical knowledge or assistance from IT team.
This was important because we were using it across multiple business units within our enterprise! And allowed us flexibility about what questions could be asked.
Multiple options available (email notification + text message) which helped increase response rates
Very flexible email editor where you are
