The actual color of the dress is blue. He had a reasonable delivery. I ordered one for me and one for my 5T toddler. 5T was too short. comfortable material but the color was navy blue not royal blue as shown in the picture
- Looks great on me and my daughter! The material is wonderful. I LOVE the feel of the fabric.
- The material is not cotton, more of a stretchy polyester. Not as soft material as I would like.
