Works great as a knife guard
The sheath is great for protecting valuable kitchen knives. In my case, this is a hybrid of a Chinese hatchet. There is no more free space in the knife blocks, so I can just put the knife in the sheath and lean it against the block. It's also very safe in a box. I'm glad I made this purchase, my second.
