I use this stuff religiously. I cook a lot at a high level and use large expensive cutting boards that wear out quickly. From meat to vegetables and everything with wet wipes in between. Typically, the block dries quickly, both in terms of efficiency and appearance. This oil keeps each block vibrant and beautiful. Depending on your usage, you should apply frequently.
