Perfect fit. The dealer wanted to charge around $700 to fix an oil cooler leak on my 2012 Altima 2.5S and I had none when the part costs $20 ($50 with new oil and filter) and takes an hour to replace. Jacked up the car, removed the front passenger wheel and plastic oil filter cover, drained the oil and filter, four bolts (12 heads) to remove the radiator from the cylinder block, four more (12) with a ratchet to secure the entire assembly to remove, clean and reinstall the gasket, reinstall another washer, back off everything (hand tight PLUS a quarter 1/2 turn, I've read 20-25 ft-lbs of torque but the space is too tight, to get a wrench in plus feel the bolts above (especially the last 4 bolts) and thread filter and engine oil. Check for leaks, put everything back in place, and then save $650 and feel fulfilled. I highly recommend getting a set of ratchet end wrenches, it makes this job 100x easier.
