to start with the first one that arrived had some lights but amazon sent a replacement very quickly and the second one worked great. They are packaged very well to avoid damage so I was very impressed with them. The touch buttons are very responsive making this mirror a very expensive and luxurious at a much lower price. The light is so bright and I love that you can adjust the color and brightness of the light. It's also the perfect size, big enough to see everything and get a full picture of how your makeup and hair looks without being a giant mirror. That's exactly what I wanted. I will definitely tell everyone I know about this mirror.
