Bought for night and light runs! Pros: They came with batteries or something in there. All we had to do was open and leave. There's a button to turn it on and change the setting from a strobe color to a whiter light. The lights were bright. They fit my shoes perfectly and separate those two black things. Felt solid and safe! They were very funny! Cons - Only one, but important enough to me that I decided to downgrade a rating from 5 stars to 3. When we first used them, one of my husband's shoes fell off. I still had both, but I'm more like a tortoise runner where he made the top 10. I know they just cling to your shoes, but I don't think it should have come off so easily. It wasn't cross-country or anything like that. All of this resembled the streets of the city. More than anything. I loved her! I was just really disappointed by the fact that one of them fell out of my husband's show on our first run with them. Would I buy them again, yes, if needed.
