Highly recommended! - Hip and waist support

Despite the great reviews I doubted it would work. I bought it anyway and am very happy with it! I pulled a muscle from our last move and somehow injured my sacrum. Within two days of wearing this belt my lower back felt better. I wear it all day at work (desk work) and take it off at home. I think I can "heal" in another week. Highly recommended!
