The frame below doesn't work for me

I didn't know beforehand I was going to have problems and it seems like good glasses but I can't reach my eyes properly with that lower frame in the way. I had to get some with rims over my eyes. I see that most of these makeup glasses have a frame at the bottom, but I don't know how they apply eye makeup with them. I manage it by putting one side over my eye and the other over my head so the frame doesn't get in the way.
