Very disappointed! on Solid Feeding

After a few weeks of use, it gets harder and harder to open. Now I can't open it at all. The only way is if I use some of my husband's tools. So disappointing! Lots of little details too. It's just difficult. If I could I would give zero stars. Don't waste your money and time with this product!
