Outstanding sharpness. but the reviews are right, they rust :(
We were desperate for new knives so bought this set after tossing about between different sets for a few days. We received them and loved the weight, the sharpness and the weight just the general density. One thing I do NOT like is some knives rust. As they are stainless steel they shouldn't. We have Japanese knives, some in Bought in Japan so we can take proper care of our knives but I don't understand why they rust and have stains, I'm disappointed I'm not sure if the knife can be replaced or if anything can be done but it is a bit sad.
