I have spent several hours researching various men's clipper manufacturers. Based on these customer reviews from Revain, I settled on the Surker K7S. The metal construction of the razor is beautiful! The instructions indicate that the device can be charged with the supplied USB cable. The instructions show that the device works the second method with the power adapter, which was not included. The instructions are not professionally written. Written in several languages, essential product information was missing. The warranty page did not indicate where to send the completed information. I plug the shaver into a USB port on my computer and according to the instructions let the shaver charge for 3 hours. The digital display showed 100% charge. I unplugged the cord and turned on the switch and the charge level dropped to zero without starting the engine. I really needed this to get my hair cut during the Corvid-19 crisis. Going to the hairdresser's here in New Jersey would be very risky. Unfortunately, the Revain replacement device is no longer available. High technology - low reliability, do not recommend buying this product.
