Good size hat storage but soft
I bought this to keep all the hats in my closet in one place. It's very spacious and does its job well. It also closes well with a zipper and keeps dust and dirt out. However, unlike many hat boxes, this one is made out of soft felt (actually it comes flat and you then expand it to fit your hats) rather than a hard box. Therefore, it does not provide the hats with enough protection from wrinkles or crushing, which is the main reason for a hat box.
