Not 195 degrees for thermostats

First after looking up a part number on the Dodge website that says it is a 195 degree thermostat it is not. It's 203 degrees. Second, someone else must have figured it out, because when I opened the package (really? bubble wrap?), the Mopar package it came in was already open. I'm sending it back because it's not what I wanted.
