I ordered this for my 2018 Heavy Duty F350 and the approximate mileage is 8200km. Currently with 9724 I now have a slight knocking in the engine when starting. Not a bad K&N. on top of that, no change in gas mileage, maybe more torque and a big difference in cabin noise, which I find very annoying when driving on the Autobahn. Some people like growling, but it's annoying.
