Review on 🔪 Wusthof Classic IKON Hollow Edge Santoku Knife - 5-Inch, Black Stainless Steel by Elizabeth Oliva

This is my favorite knife in my kitchen. It's so convenient to use. It is balanced, light and has a perfect grip shape. The blade runs along its entire length. This knife keeps my hands from getting tired when working with sculpts like the one I made for a book club on Halloween while we were reading Stephen King's It pictured below. Pennywise has never been this sane. People didn't dare eat it. Strange. ;) Along with your serrated bread knife, boning knife and paring knife you have a collection of dream knives. I chose the Global cleaver because it's a great cleaver for the price, but I'll leave the rest to Wüsthof. I've been enjoying my Wüsthofs for 20 years. This one is much newer. The only issue I had was the blade and handle separating and the blade not going all the way (this one!). I contacted Wüsthof and they replaced it. Fantastic customer service. It's worth spending.
