Review on 🍷 Clear Riedel VINUM Wine Glass - Pack of 2 (1 Count) by Andres Imaging

I was delighted to receive these excellent Riedel courses. It's a work of art that's a joy to look at and when you run your wet finger across the band it will produce an amazing sound. I also like that the bottom is flatter and fits snugly in my palm. I bought these to replace a Riedel red wine glass that we had for years before it broke. We have a house rule: never wash glasses after drinking and never put them in the dishwasher. This has worked well for many years and is strictly adhered to with these glasses. So the next morning, after the first use, I started hand washing my glasses. When drying I used what I thought was a very light touch of a towel and one of the jars broke. I was shocked! These glasses are very fragile. I measured the thickness of the glass with a micrometer and found it to be 0.025" at the edge (a good business card is about 0.020" thick). I measured one of our old Riedel jars and it measured 0.035 inches. That 0.010 makes a big difference!
