In short this case exceeded my expectations and is indeed a well fitting and waterproof case at a great price. Long: I have had many bikes over the years and have probably ordered at least 10 different covers from Revain or ebay in the last 10 years. I usually buy cheap when buying a new bike until I have time to buy a specific bike manufacturer's pannier. Typically in the $15-$30 range, these cases are far from waterproof, never fit properly, and are very thin. They look like they were torn in a strong wind. But heavier all-season tires direct from a Ducati or BMW are around $150 plus, so you usually get what you paid for. However, this cover turned out to be much better than I expected and the XXL fits my new BMW perfectly. I have full fairings, top bag, full size hard bags and they fit with no problems. The material is much thicker than other cases I've bought online and the case is actually waterproof. has clips for attaching front and rear wheels (so it won't come loose in the wind) and also has access for tire locks on both sides. Couldn't be happier at this price point and would definitely recommend.
