I don't write reviews, my first. I felt compelled because I really like this mattress and I feel like this company is top notch in the way they run their business. They state the facts and focus on delivering quality products. I hope I still feel that way years later. I've only been using it for a month, but so far I'm very happy with it. It was exactly what I was hoping for, durable, strong and good quality. It was terribly hot and muggy here in Hawaii and I slept through the night without breaking a sweat, which is an achievement in itself. Fans help, yes, but I've slept on memory foam with fans roaring and woke up in sweats! I don't have any fragrances and am very sensitive to synthetic fragrances. Just ask the poor guy who has to hear me sneeze and blow my nose all day when I smell any synthetic odor. There is no turbulence as my assistant tosses and turns. Some people complain that it's too hard (I like it firm) but I prefer it firmer and wear a topper or something. Soft to me just means it won't go the distance. In my opinion, the right amount of springs (this mattress has) is critical to support and durability. Plus, the stiffness is great for "amorous" activities, em. in case anyone is interested :) I have absolutely nothing to complain about with this mattress. I bought two and will probably get another one. If this company continues to make quality and eco-friendly products at reasonable prices, I will be happy to support them. I have recommended this mattress to many people. In fact, my neighbor immediately bought one after I raved about how good this mattress is. I fully endorse this mattress! It has served me that well. But like I said, I hope to be able to talk about it in a few years. This will be a real test.
