I've just ordered a second pair of these shoes - I've had my first pair for 3.5 years now and the lugs on the sole have finally flattened out. The best thing for me is the ICS sockliner, which allows you to adjust stiffness and supination/pronation. My first shoes with an ICS disc were ankle boots with zippers. I wanted something in regular heels and this was the ticket. I wear them almost every weekend. The new pair will be my regular wardrobe item and the old ones still have enough lives to use around the house and in the garden.
