Like other reviewers, I had some trouble assembling the product. The metal base doesn't quite line up with the holes on the seat so I had to work really hard to screw it in properly. It was painful, but in the end it was possible to collect it. Once assembled the chairs look great and are very comfortable for dining (don't try to use it as an office chair all day, I did and it's not made for that). There's only one catch - the seat height is actually only about 16.5 inches, although when asked by the seller they told me it was 18 inches. It may be 18 inches from the front of the seat, but that's not where your butt goes. The seat curves about 1.5 inches from this top point (where your knees are), so the actual seat height is only 16.5 inches. The standard height dining table is 30 inches, this chair will be too small.
