Compared to regular Nike shoes, these shoes are a bit wider, but not overly so. They sit comfortably and offer sufficient cushioning. They don't look cheap. If you're used to wearing shoes that are a little tight in length, you'll find that you have about 1/4 inch of extra room. If you like this space, they will fit in perfectly. This difference in length gives you a different feeling if you prefer to wear the shoes during sports activities. Ultimately, my only issue with this $24 free and very basic return shoe is the fit. They're worth a good $24. The sole is well cushioned and the upper is well made. These shoes are easy to slip on, but not exactly easy due to the lack of heel padding. I recommend you buy these shoes if the look suits you and make sure you are happy with the size. I don't recommend buying 1/2 size smaller as I'm not sure a 1/2 size will fit a full size. I recommend buying because of the easy returns. You will be happy with your purchase as long as the kit fits.
