Filter misaligned

It is very difficult to place the air filter on the rim of the canister. Installing the air filter takes a few minutes as it is not properly formed and will not hold its shape. I have to use both hands and knees to try to insert the filter and keep it from falling before I can close the canister lid again. Very unpleasant.
