I'm a custom builder in the Houston area and bought this for a customer who wanted this particular model (in bronze). After this was installed and the homeowners moved in, the faucet started leaking, so I had my folks call Aquasana to make a warranty claim. On the first call, Aquasana wanted to fix the problem. However, since the back office I called was not there, all he could do was jot down what needed to be done and relay it to the field worker, who tried to follow through - nothing worked. On the second and subsequent calls, my field rep called from the job site, which was an inconvenience to the homeowners as he had to make repeated visits to their home and also an inconvenience to my field rep as he had to schedule a plumber to be there. But despite numerous calls; Although the faucet was installed by a licensed plumber, and although our plumber has installed reverse osmosis systems in hundreds of homes (the plumber also works for other construction companies in the area), Aquasana concluded that the system was installed incorrectly and would not honor the warranty . The homeowner had to buy a new system and was definitely unhappy with it. I will definitely advise future customers to stay away from the Aquasana brand and I will also urge you to avoid this brand.
